How Much Does Shipping Cost?
At Couch.com, we like to keep things simple—every product ships FREE within the contiguous U.S., no exceptions! That means no hidden fees or last-minute surprises at checkout. Just sit back, relax, and let us handle the logistics.
When Will My Order Arrive?
As soon as you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details. Every item available on Couch.com is in stock and ready to ship after a brief processing period of 1-4 business days.

Parcel-sized items (e.g., rugs, lamps, mirrors) typically arrive within 2-7 business days after shipping.

Larger furniture pieces requiring freight shipping (e.g., sofas, beds, dressers) generally take 14-21 days for nationwide delivery, depending on your location and carrier availability.

Delivery times vary based on geography—urban areas like Los Angeles will receive shipments faster than remote locations like northern Vermont.
For larger shipments, freight carriers usually operate Monday-Friday and may provide an option for a 30-minute call-ahead notification before delivery. We appreciate your patience—good things (like stunning new furniture!) take time.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Once your order leaves the distribution facility, you'll receive a confirmation email with the carrier details and tracking information.

If your order qualifies for Full-Service Delivery, a delivery partner will reach out to coordinate your delivery date and time. This typically happens when your order reaches the nearest distribution center.

Important: Your initial order confirmation email will not include detailed shipping information—those details will follow once the item is en route.

While we strive to deliver all items in one shipment, multiple deliveries may occur depending on product availability and shipping method.
Shipping Methods
Free Delivery Options:
Couch.com offers two types of free delivery:
Parcel Delivery

Applies to smaller, easy-to-ship items.

Ships via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Arrives within 4 business days after processing.

Assembly is not included, but instructions will be provided (except for area rugs).

If your order contains both Parcel and Full-Service items, the smaller items may arrive first.

Full-Service Delivery

Applies to larger furniture pieces not eligible for Parcel Delivery.

Includes in-home placement but does not cover room-of-choice placement or assembly.

Assembly requirements vary (e.g., attaching sofa legs, securing sectional brackets, or assembling beds).

If you need extra assistance, opt for White Glove Room of Choice + Assembly for $199 at checkout.

Important Delivery Notes:

Ensure there’s adequate space for delivery.

If damage occurs, it must be noted on the shipping documents at delivery or reported to Couch.com within 24 hours.

Some remote locations may not be eligible for delivery due to logistical limitations.

Delivery reschedules require 72-hour advance notice and may incur fees.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your new furniture! That’s why we offer a Hassle-Free 30-Day Return Policy for most items in new or like-new condition, with original packaging.
Return Guidelines:

Returns/exchanges must be approved by Couch.com before processing.

If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we’ll refund the difference. If upgrading, we’ll invoice for the price difference before finalizing the exchange.

A 15% restocking fee and return shipping fees apply to all returns.
Exclusions:
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Mattresses, adjustable bases, loose cushions, open-box, "As Is," assembled items, and promotional gifts.

Items that are stained, soiled, infested, or damaged in any way.
Return Process:
- Contact our team at support@Couch.com or fill out our Claims Form to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will not receive credit.
- Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued minus applicable fees.
- Important: If damage is noted after delivery, it must be reported within 24 hours to qualify for a return.
Alternative to Returns
Let’s be real—returns can be costly (except for the shipping companies, they love it!). Many customers opt to resell items locally on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, letgo, or OfferUp instead of returning them to us. However, if a direct return is necessary, we’re here to help!
Final Sale & Policy Abuse

If an exchanged item is later returned due to dissatisfaction, it may be deemed Final Sale and ineligible for further returns or exchanges.

Couch.com reserves the right to refuse returns for policy abuse or fraudulent activity.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Cancelling an Order
Once an order ships from our manufacturer’s facility, it cannot be canceled. If a cancellation request is made after shipment, it will be treated as a return and return shipping fees will apply.

If an item requires assembly and has already been put together, that portion of the order cannot be returned.

If you need to cancel, modify an item, or change your shipping address, contact us ASAP via email. Changes cannot be processed over the phone or live chat.
Custom Orders
For custom, made-to-order items, all modifications must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production begins, and no further changes can be accommodated.
