Easy Sorting System: You can sort by price, date, featured, and best-selling on category pages, but not by star rating. However, there are no filters, so you can't narrow down your options.
Information Stays Visible: It’s nice that the couch name, price, and Add to Cart button stick to the bottom of the page so you can always see your choice even when scrolling around.

A Life-sized Paper Cutout: This is a particularly unique feature that I haven't seen from any other brands. BenchMade Modern will send you a full-sized paper print-out of the sofa you are looking to buy so that you can physically visualize what the piece will look like in your home! It is a fantastic idea and really helps bring your vision to life, far more than a measuring tape can by itself.

On average, it’s about 2-4 weeks for delivery once a piece has been shipped out. This is among the fastest in the industry and is seriously impressive for custom furniture.
Shipping Options:
Threshold (Starts at $149): For larger furniture items that aren't eligible for standard delivery, BenchMade offers Threshold, which means they will drop your furniture off inside the threshold of your home or garage. The pricing ranges from $149-$349 depending on the size of your order.
White Glove (Starts at $299): For a slightly higher fee, you can select White Glove delivery, where your furniture will be dropped off and assembled in the room of your choosing. The pricing for this option ranges from $299-$499 depending on the size of your order.

Frames and suspension systems are covered under a lifetime warranty.

Threshold delivery is $149-349: The delivery team will bring the Benchmade couch through your front door, but you’ll be responsible for everything else.

High Quality Fabrics: Their materials range between 30,000 and 100,000 double rub counts and are clearly labelled to help guide you! The higher the rub count, the more durable the fabric. Some of BenchMade's upholsteries are high-performance and are great for kids and pets, just make sure to check the label!
Different Leather Options: Their Marfa is a full-grain leather (top tier) and their Ponti is a top-grain leather (one tier below full-grain). This is great and exactly what you’d hope for at this price! Both have a rich texture and age beautifully.
Different Cushion Fills: Their seat cushions are either foam and fiber or foam and trillium (which is a microdenier down alternative). Their down alternative offers a more luxe feel than other competitors using 'feather mixes' and is more eco-friendly and sustainable - which I like.

All fabrics are cleaning code W or W/S. They’re all properly labeled and easy to clean.

Their couches are all made in the USA. Specifically Dallas and Los Angeles.
Their frames are either 7-ply wood framing or solid kiln-dried alder wood depending on the collection. The wood frame construction contributes significantly to the overall durability and craftsmanship of the sofas, making them capable of withstanding wear from both pets and children. The frames are joined with corner blocks, industrial staples, and low-VOC glues.
Their suspension systems are either unidirectional webbing or sinuous springs depending on the collection. While 8-way hand-tied springs might be a more traditionally premium offering, unidirectional webbing and sinuous springs offer really even weight distribution and are quiet.
